Senior Oil and Gas Travel Specialist

Picture it: A client sends in a travel request with intricate details, tight deadlines, and high expectations. You’ll manage every detail—by confirming travel requirements at first contact, double-checking documents for impeccable accuracy, and leveraging your extensive GDS and fare expertise—ensuring that each client is met with options that empower them to make informed decisions.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Rapid Response & Consultation: Process and respond to travel requests promptly, ensuring all client specifications and SLAs are met.
• Client Engagement: Inform clients of all destination-specific travel requirements from the very first conversation.
• Precision & Quality Control: Diligently check documents, manage visa processes, and use cutting-edge technology to source the best fares.
• Industry Insight: Proactively monitor market trends and industry challenges, advising clients with timely, strategic recommendations.
• Operational Excellence: Manage your own task queue multiple times a day, ensuring every booking meets the highest quality standards.
• After-Hours Dedication: Embrace a flexible schedule—normal office hours with occasional after-hour work to ensure operational brilliance.

Who You Are
You’re more than just a travel consultant—you’re a travel strategist.

You bring to the table:
• Education: A minimum of Grade 12 + travel qualification paired with exemplary business communication skills in English.
• Experience: A seasoned expert (6+ years), you have proven experience in Oil & Gas travel consultancy.
• Technical Expertise: Mastery GDS systems, fare and ticketing procedures, and a sharp sense of geography to navigate domestic, regional, and international bookings.

Salary R35K Negotiable (according to experience) + Quarterly Incentive
