Position Overview:
As a Junior Admin, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth operations across various functions. You will assist in handling administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and supporting the team in day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities:
-Provide general administrative support to the Operations Manager and team
-Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events
-Maintain and update office records, documents, and files
-Assist with reporting on business performance, tracking KPIs, and organizing data
-Support the opening of new kiosks, assisting with logistical tasks as needed
-Manage daily office operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently
-Handle client communication and provide customer service support as needed
-Assist in managing and tracking business performance data and sales reports
-Handle basic office tasks, such as preparing reports, managing correspondence, and updating databases
Key Skills & Qualifications:
-Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
-Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Comfortable using office software, including MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
-Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
-A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow
-Previous administrative or office experience is an advantage (but not required)
-A keen interest in micro-lending or financial services is a plus
-Reliable and eager to contribute to the overall success of the business
