Position: Kitchen Manager
Location: Nuy, Worcester
About Us: Nuy on the hill is a very busy, fast passed restaurant just outside Worcester.
About the Role: As our Kitchen Manager, you will be the driving force behind our kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, efficient workflows, and a positive team environment. You will be responsible for:
Overseeing daily kitchen operations:
Managing and training kitchen staff:
Ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene standards:
Assisting in controlling food costs and inventory:
Assisting in developing and implementing menus:
Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment:
Collaborating with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service:
Working alongside team in the kitchen preparing and overseeing that dishes are send out correctly and at a high standard.
What We're Looking For:
