Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily property administration tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain accurate records and reports using MDA, Excel, and Outlook (proficiency is non-negotiable).
Handle tenant communication professionally and effectively.
Assist with lease agreements, renewals, and compliance documentation.
Monitor arrears, occupancy, and vacancies to support portfolio performance.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant and owner inquiries promptly.
Support financial administration, including invoicing and reconciliations.
Work collaboratively with the team to drive efficiency and solutions.
Requirements:
Minimum Grade 12 qualification.
Experience in MDA, Excel, and Outlook is essential.
Background in the rental/property management industry.
Entry & Exit Inspections ( RedRabbit)
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Effective time management in a fast-paced environment.
Customer service-oriented mindset.
Self-motivated with high energy and enthusiasm.
Solution-driven approach to problem-solving.
Previous management experience is an advantage.
