Job Opportunity: Operations Administrator

A leading micro-lending business is seeking an Operations Administrator to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the organization. This position requires a proactive individual with exceptional organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks, and work under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
-Procurement: Secure competitive quotes for store construction, issue work orders, and maintain positive relationships with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
-Logistics: Coordinate accommodation and training venues for staff, ensuring all logistical aspects are handled efficiently.
-Recruitment: Advertise job openings on various platforms, conduct initial CV screenings, perform first-round interviews for loan consultants, and assist with onboarding new employees.
-Staff Management: Oversee rostering and timesheet management for loan consultants, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.
-Reporting: Prepare and deliver performance reports, communicating progress and areas for improvement to employees.
-Customer Service: Address customer service issues and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
-Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
-Inventory Management: Monitor and manage office supplies at stores, ensuring timely orders for stationery, uniforms, and name badges.
