Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting customers, processing orders, generating quotes, and maintaining strong client relationships from within the office.
Strong communication skills
Proactive attitude
Work with the fabrication team to ensure customer requirements are met.
Ensure quotes are complete and sent to customers within stipulated turn-around time
Build and maintain good relationships with customers
Ensure retention of existing customers
Refer customer complaints to the QC department
2 - 5 years experience
Able to read technical drawings
Generating and submitting quotes
Assisting COD customers
Resolving customer complaints
Order processing & logistics
Technical support and collaboration
Salary: R 10 000 - R 20 000 (depending on experience)
