Flexible Packaging Company is looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee and streamline all our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Logistics Manager, you will take full accountability for the day-to-day management and performance of our warehousing function, including:
Raw Material Stores
Work-in-Progress (WIP) Stores
Finished Goods Stores
Consumables Stores
Managing and developing a team of Stores Assistants
Ensuring accurate stock control and inventory management
Streamlining receiving, storage, and dispatch processes
Coordinating internal movement of materials to support production schedules
Implementing and enforcing health & safety and housekeeping standards
Developing and reporting on key metrics (e.g., stock accuracy, turnaround times, space utilization)
Working cross-functionally with production, procurement, and sales departments

Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a logistics or warehouse management role, preferably in manufacturing
Proven leadership experience in managing teams
Strong planning, organizational and communication skills
Hands-on experience with inventory systems
Ability to drive process improvement and maintain stock integrity
Knowledge of ISO/ FSSC standards and good manufacturing practices an advantage
