MARKETING COORDINATOR
Location: Pretoria East
Salary: R17, 348 CTC
Starting date: ASAP
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organised Marketing Coordinator with PA responsibilities to support our marketing function and assist the Managing Director with day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for both creative marketing and efficient executive support.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Coordination:
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (print, digital, social media)
Update website and social media platforms with relevant content
Monitor campaign performance and provide basic reports
Coordinate marketing materials and supplier communication
Help manage event logistics and branded merchandise
Assist in basic graphic design tasks or liaise with design vendors
Maintain marketing calendars and deadlines
Personal Assistant Duties:
Manage the Managing Director’s diary, travel, and meeting arrangements
Draft and respond to emails, reports, and internal communications
Screen calls and handle follow-ups professionally
Maintain office filing systems and confidential records
Prepare documentation and presentations as needed
Minimum Requirements:
Matric + relevant qualification in Marketing, Communication, or Administration
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar marketing support or coordinator role
Previous PA or executive assistant experience advantageous
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva, Mail chimp, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Afrikaans
High level of accuracy, organisation, and time management
