Job Description
PURPOSE STATEMENT
The purpose of this role is to negotiate the contracting of rates, special offers and terms
and conditions with third party suppliers.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- The position is admin orientated
- Negotiation of rates both in East and Southern Africa.
- Develop good working relationships with suppliers, strategic partners, alliances, and
other third parties relating to contractual matters and other.
- Complete agreement close-outs, terminations, renewals, adjustments and extensions -
Assist with planning of educationals to Third Party Suppliers and Partners
- Grow our Supplier Management system
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
- Matric - Tertiary qualification in Travel and Tourism or equivalent
- Computer Knowledge
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 5 years contracting experience - Excellent people skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Tourplan Knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work independently, and as part of a team.
- Have excellent Southern African and East Africa Product knowledge
