Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Internal Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through effective communication, relationship-building, and product knowledge. You will play a crucial role in achieving our sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate new leads and develop existing accounts through phone calls, emails, and online communication.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to inform product development.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Assist in preparing sales reports and forecasts.
• must have own transport and valid licence
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in an internal sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
• Matric
• Fluent in english and afrikaans
