A Wholesaler and retailer of automotive replacement parts are currently looking to employ a Deputy Branch Manager to start immediately, or as soon as possible, at their branch in Durban.
*CANDIDATES MUST COME FROM OEM (ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER) MARKET INDUSTRY, TO BE CONSIDERED.*
*Job Purpose*
As the Deputy Branch Manager for, your primary responsibility is to assist in the efficient operation of the branch, overseeing day-to-day activities and contributing to the achievement of sales targets and customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in managing staff, optimising inventory, and ensuring the overall success of the branch.
*Requirements:*
• Matric
• Matric or Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in a leadership role within the automotive aftermarket parts industry.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
• Ability and willingness to travel within and out of South Africa
• Own Transport
