Job Description

Administrative Duties
- Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, ensuring all activities align with agreed timelines and objectives.
- Coordinate and manage project documentation, including correspondence, reports, and funding proposals.
- Monitor and report on project budgets, expenditures, and financial progress.
- Facilitate the procurement of necessary resources, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

Stakeholder Engagement
- Liaise with community representatives, project participants, and strategic partners to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Establish partnerships with local organizations, media outlets, and mentors to support project success.
- Plan and coordinate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and community engagement sessions.
- Represent the project at community and organizational events, promoting its goals and milestones.

Participant Coordination
- Lead participant recruitment campaigns, ensuring diverse and inclusive representation.
- Oversee the scheduling and coordination of creative writing workshops, ensuring access to mentors and resources.
- Serve as the primary contact for participants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues as they arise.

Content Management
- Coordinate the compilation, editing, and design of anthologies, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Manage the publication and distribution process in partnership with relevant service providers.
- Plan and execute the community book launch event, ensuring it meets project and community expectations.

Reporting and Monitoring
- Provide regular progress updates to the Creative Director, the CEO, and relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of project milestones, challenges, and achievements.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
Salary:
R 8 000,00 Monthly
