Job Description
2.Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
3.Receiving and sorting daily mail
4.Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
5.Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
6.Update calendars and schedule meetings
7.Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
8.Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
9.Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
REQUIREMENTS:
1.Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
2.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
3.Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
4.Professional attitude and appearance
5.Solid written and verbal communication skills
