Recruitment Consultant

The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet the organization’s hiring needs. This role involves building and maintaining a talent pipeline, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage candidate pipelines.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on job requirements and interview processes.
• Promote the company’s culture and participate in branding activities.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and ensure compliance with labor laws.
