Job Description
Reports To: General Manager & Sales Manager
Position Overview:The Internal Sales Support role assists the sales team with order processing, customer support, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and quotes; follow up on satisfaction.
Order Processing: Manage sales orders, invoices, and delivery coordination.
Administrative Support: Handle clerical duties, maintain office records, and track inventory.
Cross-Departmental Support: Participate in stock takes, assist other departments, and provide management reports.
Client Engagement: Greet clients and offer refreshments during meetings.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales/order management software.
Customer-focused and a team player.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; additional qualifications in business or sales preferred.
Experience in a similar administrative or sales support role.
