Key Performance Areas:
Manage the commercial profitability of projects and alignment to the financial life cycle of the business:
• Effective trade measurement calculating the correct lengths, areas and volumes; using the applied system of measurement, correct interpretation of drawings and detection of variations
• Assist in deliverables as required for the project certification life cycle and final account
• Assist with all cost control principles such as site storage control, updated asset registers, plant and equipment reconciliations ,accurate cost codes and time keeping and wages
• Assist in the compilation of accurate cost reports
• Prepare Bills of Quantities, electronic worksheets, sub-contractor adjudication and generation of certificates
Optimise contract administration and business risk:
• Understand, apply and manage common and contract law principles and clarifying design issues
• Ensure compliance with Construction, HSE, Labour and Environmental Legislations
• Seamless collaboration with production team to identify profitable synergies and management of the financial integrity of the projects
• Administer and comply with the project document and management control system and check revised documentation for changes
Customer / stakeholder management:
• Provide a best practice service and built sustainable relationships with key parties
• Manage nominated, domestic and labour only sub-contract agreements and negotiate the best sub-contractors for the work
Teamwork:
