Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Stock Control:
• Maintaining accurate stock records and inventory levels on Sage Inventory Management.
• Managing stock movements, including receiving, issuing, invoicing and transfers.
• Conducting regular stock takes and reconciling discrepancies.
• Monitoring stock levels and ordering new supplies as needed.
• Office Administration:
• Handling administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
• Assisting with other office duties as required.
• Supporting other departments with administrative tasks.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Stock Control:
• Sage Inventory Management a key requirement.
• Strong understanding of costing, inventory control, and store management.
• Experience with Invoicing, stock management, and supplier coordination.
• Ability to analyse inventory data and identify trends.
• Experience with inventory management software.
• Office Administration:
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite
• Grade 12 with at least 4 Years experience in a Manufacturing Environment.
