Job Description
Current Openings:
1. Project Manager / Construction Manager / Site Agent
Qualifications: BSc., B.Eng., or B-Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 8 years in construction management, with at least 5 years managing large-scale, multidisciplinary projects.
Certification: ERB (Engineers Registration Board) practising certificate or eligibility for ERB registration after recruitment.
Professional Certifications (Advantageous): PMP, Prince2 Practitioner, PMI-SP, or equivalent.
2. Site Engineer
Qualifications: BSc. or B.Eng. in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
Certification: ERB practising certificate or eligibility for ERB registration after recruitment.
Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Site Engineer in the construction industry.
Skills: Proficiency in construction management software, engineering tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Foreman
Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in construction and engineering.
