Job Description
Role Name: Senior Project Manager
Location: Cape Town
Role summary:
Room Studio is expanding, and we’re looking for a strategic, detail-oriented Senior Project Manager to join our team. You’ll work closely with the Creative Director and the broader Studio Team to drive the planning, direction, and execution of impactful brand campaigns, experiential activations, and digital products. If you're passionate about creative work, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have an eye for detail and deadlines then this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Creative Director to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables
- Manage end-to-end project execution across brand, experiential, and digital touchpoints
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Drive the planning process and uphold quality standards throughout delivery
- Ensure alignment with strategic objectives and creative vision
Required Experience & Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in project management within a creative or consumer-facing environment (preferred but not mandatory)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proactive problem solver with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and guiding teams through change
