Job Description

We are looking for an passionate and driven Recruiter to join our powerful HR team. As a Recruiter, you will play a important role in identifying and hiring top talent to help our company grow and succeed. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and managing offers.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Screen and evaluate resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and maintaining clear communication.

Key Requirements:
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
