Job Description

Location: PE/Gqeberha (Markman)
Salary: R15 000 per month commensurate with qualification and experience
Qualifications / Requirements:
• Minimum of Matric
• Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
• Relevant parts administration experience in vehicle or truck parts
• Excel experience essential
• Pastel Evolution experience highly advantageous
• Must have experience in stock taking and knowledge of truck parts
Key Performance Areas:
• Bin management and first-pick on service parts
• Issue and control oil
• Handle warranty claims
• Handle stock issues and returns (supplier and workshop)
• Investigate any variances
• Conduct daily cycle counts and annual stock take
• Maintain stock levels at all times
• Handle stock transfers, transfer requests and issues
• Acquire stock on buy-out items
• Conduct daily follow-ups on backorders
• Maintain service levels
• Maintain fleet knowledge
• Ensure standards of health and safety are maintained
